This book is completely made out of fabric. I wanted to see if I could combine sewing and Graphic Design. I tried this by making a book.

Bookbinding is something that stole my heart during my Graphic Design Programme at ArtEZ. This is why making a book was a great way to try this for me. I had never sewed with a machine before so this was also a big challenge. My whole proces and everything I tried with the sewing machine, you can find inside the book. Also my research about working digital vs by hand for my Art & Design History class can be read in there.
During this entire project I never used anything digital. I wanted to see what would happen if I had to do everything by hand.
